As a trainee loan officer, you will conduct initial screenings and prepare the client for transfer to a licensed loan officer. You’ll be involved in the transaction from start to finish to learn hands-on how the business works on Day 1 – this will prepare you for career progression to a licensed loan officer within 90 days of your date of hire.

Responsibilities:
• Spend the first 15-20 minutes of the day planning and preparing for the day to succeed with our daily success system
• Meet at a team group to start the day with signings, sales tips and motivation
• Review and track daily professional and personal development goals – with coaching and accountability to help you reach your best potential
• Take new incoming calls and make follow-up outgoing calls to potential customers
• Individual and group sales training with hyper-targeted mortgage training
• Work with a dedicated and experienced loan officer and sales manager to learn the business and how best to build a successful long-term career
• Smile and enjoy the ride! We can’t control everything that happens to us but how we react

Compensation:
• Year 1 – $65,000 – $80,000: top performers exceed $100,000
• Year 2 – $84,000 – $120,000: top performers exceed $150,000
• Year 3 – $150,000+: top performers exceed $250,000
